`Who are you and where is the person I fell in love with?'

Recognise this? And the pain and disappointment that comes with it?

Colette specialises in couples therapy - she works with compassion, insight and humour that clearly demonstrate her love and commitment to relationships.

Drawing on over 20 years of psychotherapy training and practice, and studying and leading Shamanic teachings and ceremonies she believes that relationships are our greatest teachers - though not necessarily our easiest!

Initial sessions focus on creating trust and safety for communication and repair to begin. Each session includes practical models and `take home' techniques that enable powerful shifts in understanding and behavior.

As the work progresses, clients will explore places where they are `triggered' into conflict and misunderstanding, transforming them into opportunities for love and happiness.

Colette has a private practice based in Denver and Boulder.

Motherloss - therapy group for women who lost their mothers early in life through bereavement, divorce or other circumstances. Belonging - co-ed therapy group exploring issues of identity and connection for ex-pats/non-Americans.
