My work is grounded in Jungian psychoanalysis, Dr. Betty Cannon's AEP (Applied Existential Psychotherapy) practices, Gestalt body psychotherapy and many years of creative arts honing. I am intuitively drawn to underlying and usually unconscious pulls beneath our behavior and emotional reactions. The wisdom of this underneath layer of influence, for me, is most often spoken by the body, and I work with clients to slow down, ground, and in that safety begin exploring what messages, tensions and images are asking for attention.

I offer work using the entryways of anxiety relief, depression treatment, navigating major life transitions, and dreamwork.
