I work in a very dynamic way which involves the whole person, body and soul. In working with children and adults I have steeped myself in processes which allow movement, contact, playfulness, multi-dimensional awareness, growth, honesty, and deep presence.

My education includes Transpersonal and Somatic Psychology with both graduate and post graduate certification. I am professionally trained in EMDR, Body Talk, Pre and Peri-natal psychology, Hakomi, Gestalt, Integrative Body Psychotherapy, Body-Mind centering, Shamanism, divine feminine and yoga.

I help you integrate, and resource so you stay at full capacity through regular busy life. Allowing ongoing personal integration in order to incorporate everything from expansive understanding to practical and relationship dynamics. Clearing issues along the way allows what you are learning to sink in and become wisdom through direct experience. I can support you to have a graceful learning and transforming experience.

I have worked with people of various spiritual traditions. My expertise supports people needing to focus on sexual identity, depression, transition and grief, disabilities, divorce, lesbian issues, cancer and chronic illness, anxiety/stress, spiritual transformation, birth issues/ attachment, eating disorders, relationship challenges, body image and trauma.
