Hope is not something that everyone has, but it is something everyone deserves. Many of the adults and adolescents I work with have been to therapy in the past and found it unsuccessful. I am committed to helping individuals feel better, uncover their potential and empower themselves to achieve meaningful goals.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a certified EMDR therapist, and a senior certified addictions counselor (CAC III) with over 15 years of experience. I hold both a master's degree and doctorate in clinical psychology with a emphasis in neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University. I also hold a master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University and am also certified EMDR and intensively trained in DBT. I work successfully with adolescents and adults to overcome difficult problems including addiction, substance abuse, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), relationship problems, and overwhelming emotions. Therapy is conducted within a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental framework where you always have the option to make choices.

I also specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessment with an emphasis in diagnostic clarification and treatment planning, and the early identification of learning difficulties, intellectual giftedness and disability, Autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, dementias, and Alzheimer's disease.
