I combine the science of Western psychology with the wisdom of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions.

I consider my clients as being whole. You are not broken, you are facing a temporary challenge, there is a solution, and I'll help you find it.

If you are experiencing a challenging time with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD/trauma, conflicts in relationships, existential anxiety or you are in a spiritual crisis or feeling stuck in your spiritual work, there is something that is disrupting your sense of wholeness and balance. This can be addressed and understood in order to regain your inner balanced and well-being so that you can feel truly satisfied with your life again.

My approach is twofold: (1) I address your challenge directly, I show you concrete ways on how to resolve it, and make a customize plan that works best for you and your needs; (2) while doing so, I help you find, deep within yourself, inner resources that are whole, unafraid, dynamic, strong, free, and alive. By connecting you to these greater inner resources, your energy naturally rises, the challenge you are facing become more manageable, the pain decreases, and the healing process speeds up.

In my work with you, I'll bring a warm human connection, a compassionate heart, and presence as a guide and companion, and a deep commitment to mindfulness. Specialties: depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, anger management, relationship conflicts, men's issues, and spirituality.
