I am a Licensed Psychologist and Diplomate Jungian Analyst with over 30 years experience helping with problems getting in the way of living life fully. I specialize in a Jungian approach, using dreams and other windows into the unconscious to address issues in depth and with the goal of psychological growth and transformation.

Sessions are generally interactive, empathic, and collaborative. Extensive training and experience as a psychologist and Jungian analyst provide me tools to help you resolve personal difficulties, form a deeper relationship to your inner self, and discover the meaning and direction of your life's journey. I offer short-term and long-term psychotherapy and personal analysis tailored to your individual needs and situation. In addition to addressing a wide variety of personal issues and concerns, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, I have expertise in facilitating spiritual development, sometimes referred to as individuation or self-actualization.

My training and experience enable me to offer a unique blend of psychological and spiritual perspectives. Following my Clinical Psychology doctorate, I was awarded post-graduate diplomas in Analytical Psychology from the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts and Process-Oriented Psychology from the Research Society for Process-Oriented Psychology.
