Thank you for visiting my profile. You may be looking for some help. Perhaps I can be of assistance?

I believe we have 1 life to live. Are you making the most of it? If something is holding you back, let's talk. Men, relationships, career, addiction are some of my areas of focus. Anxiety, lack of direction, and buried trauma show up frequently in my clients, and I can help you with those also.

My life purpose is facilitating others' restoration of connection to self, others, earth, work, and higher power.

As a Naropa-educated Wilderness Therapist (and certified First Responder) with extensive training in trauma healing, my approach is sensitive, present, and experiential. My approach in couples therapy is informed by Stan Tatkin's PACT model.

I love working with individuals, couples, and groups. I have been effective in helping men rebuild confidence, clarify their Way, get in touch with their emotions, identify the roots of their addictions, and learn how to communicate with their partners. My women clients have benefited from anxiety-reduction, trauma healing, and repatterning of their relationship to men.

Healing, beyond coping, is possible. Just as a cut heals naturally if kept clean, psychological health arises and we find our Way when we release blockages in our hearts, minds, and bodies.

Now is the only time change can happen. Between you and that change may be a feeling, thought, habit, or sensation that has been a tough little bugger. It might be scary. I get that. I'm with you every step of the way. We move when you're ready.

It's important to choose a therapist you can connect with. Research shows that connection is the primary ingredient to progress. A little about me for you to connect with: I'm a midwest-born, Colorado transplant who loves big fish fishing (I love little fish too though), adventure motorcycling, spending time with my partner, roasting and chatting with good friends around the campfire, experiencing developing countries and their landscapes, martial arts, and dancing. I am a successful businessman, and (mostly) relish the challenges and rewards of business management.
