Are you looking for gentle, friendly, confidential support in dealing with difficult feelings or issues in your life?

I offer natural, holistic psychotherapy and counseling for individual adults and couples.

I can help you shift out of old patterns that no longer serve you, and give you new tools to transform stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sensitivity, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, or difficult transitions.

I use a variety of tools, including relaxation skills, body-mind awareness, dream exploration, Gestalt, EMDR, and shamanic journeys. I also teach relationship and communication skills for couples.

At all times, my aim is to respect your feelings and concerns, to respond in a sensitive, caring, human way, and to help you find and embrace your strengths.

Please call 303-415-3755 for a free consultation.

FIND THE MEANING AND MAGIC OF YOUR DREAMS. On-going dream exploration group. Meets every other Monday, 7 - 9 pm. New members welcome every other month. In a safe, supportive group, we will explore our dreams and their hidden messages. First, we will survey types of dreams and tools for understanding them. Then we will explore personal and archetypal meanings, using interactive methods of dreamwork such as dream re-entry, dream journeys, sensory awakening, Gestalt dream landscapes, and creative art expression. We will also learn how to shift the ending or energy of a dream, which can empower change in our lives. VISIT http://www.ediestone.com/dreams.html for details and current entry date. ABOUT Edie Stone, MA, LPC: I am a psychotherapist and soul-centered counselor, and I have had a private practice in Boulder for 14 years. I am also a Certified Shamanic Journey Guide. I have been studying dreams, myth, and the imaginal realm for many years. Some of the techniques we will use in this dream class came from a training, Psychology in the Truest Sense of the Word: Dreamwork and Curanderismo, taught by renowned author and Jungian therapist, Clarissa Pinkola Estes.
