I am a licensed therapist who specializes in sex therapy, couples counseling, and individual counseling as well as sexual education. I have a solution-focused and strengths-based approach that integrates empirically supported modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Mindfulness practice, Humanistic approach, Art Therapy, and Family Systems theories. I also integrate non-traditional modalities when appropriate, that include Gina Ogden's 4-D Medicine wheel, somatic yoga, and imagery with music. The underpinnings of my style are rooted in empathy, a touch of humor, and flexibility to cater to your specific needs.

It is clear that most humans are hardwired for connection and that sexuality intersects with one's identity from cradle to grave. I believe that nurturing a healthy, balanced, and satisfying relationship with oneself and others can promote a meaningful life. Learning how to navigate the unexpected obstacles, past traumas, and life's constant inevitable change, can be a daunting task that leaves many hopeless and struggling. Intimate Inquiries was established in order to help those who are suffering find joy, meaning, desire, intimacy and health in their lives and their relationships. I enjoy helping people not just survive, but thrive and rediscover their lust for life's experiences.

It is my privilege to work with people who have the courage to show up, be vulnerable and commit to their health and happiness. With some hard work and creativity from both you and myself, I believe that together we can create lasting positive change in your relationships, yourself, and your sexuality.
