Hi, I'm Teena.

Relationships can be tough, often leaving people suffering from a lack of understanding about what’s needed for change.

Blaming partners for our pain is common, but we all contribute to our relationship dynamics. Addressing these patterns requires courage and vulnerability, leading to relief, confidence, happiness, humor, and ease in our important relationships.

I personally understand these struggles, having overcome chronic heartbreak and emotional abuse, transforming pain, hurt, and confusion into a thriving partnership.

My passion is to help people in their primary relationships. For couples, I help them work together to develop a secure-functioning partnership, which comes with various health benefits.

For individuals who have unresolved attachment wounds resulting in chronically failed adult relationships, I guide them in nurturing their self-relationship. This journey is deeply spiritual, helping them heal and recover from past core wounds, ultimately preparing them to attract the future partnership they desire.

I offer Online and In-person Couples Therapy in Colorado and Relationship Coaching Nationwide for people seeking to nurture and mend their primary relationship.
