Hi, My name is Jack. I am a coach here in Boulder, Co. Though I have decided to pursue a coaching track I have integrated some of the more interesting work in the field of transpersonal psychology. Mainly the extremely powerful work of Stanislav Grof, Holotropic Breathwork. I also use a modality called Family Constellations in my work. I have a strong passion around groups and bringing people together.

My current group work is founded on the concepts of "The Red Pill Weekend" and focus on men and the masculine. These core concepts consist of Authenticity, Embodiment, Speaking ones truth, Integrity, Play and Balance. I am currently leading a group focused on integrating the masculine power and with this as our foundation bringing this essence to our work and relationships. I believe that among other things, men need to tap into their masculine strength to effect change in the world. Full masculine power can be abrasive if not integrated with an open heart, so this is a focus of this group also.

In the future I will be starting a group to support men and women navigating codependency. This is another passion of mine and I believe that the group method is one of the best supports for seeing clearly and effecting the changes we long for in our lives. This group will focus on hidden shame, boundaries, connections, being embodied, and recognizing ones needs.
