My professional work history with diverse client populations has evolved over more than 15 years and I am fortunate to draw from a large variety of methods and understanding relating to the field of addictions.
My experience is that every person has within them, basic, accessible health and wisdom. Therefore, it is natural for me to help clients in their movement to realize and use their more effective ways in dealing with the daily challenges of life. It is with authenticity and a sense of warmth and humor that I provide the space and support for clients to gently shift, grow, and heal from the difficulties they have been living with.
