I work with individuals, small groups, and intact teams to facilitate individual growth and change, and improve effectiveness, performance, comfort and satisfaction in the workplace.

I focus especially on participation in leadership, teamwork, and change processes.

Through regular individual or group sessions, clients strengthen their ability to:

1. Be fully and authentically present in work group settings, making contact with others and facing challenges clearly in the present;

2. Rely on and utilize personal strengths and resources to support themselves and others in stressful situations;

3. Recognize and acknowledge the strengths and resources of others, allowing others to lead and contribute as appropriate; and

4. Respond appropriately and with a broader range of possibilities to environmental challenges and changes.

In the course of my work, I use a Gestalt Psychotherapy methodology to assimilate past experiences, deepen self awareness, and improve self-management.

I draw on more than 19 years of experience in a wide variety of positions in the corporate world, including software product development, marketing and sales, systems engineering, project management, and more than 8 years consulting experience in Organizational Change Management, and Organization Development, as well as training in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
