Dr. Davis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Vermont with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She has a private practice in Vermont and Colorado working with adolescents, adults and families with over 20 years' experience. She is a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist in EMDR and she has previously worked as adjunct faculty at Naropa University in the MA Contemplative Counseling Psychology Department in Boulder, CO. Dr. Davis combines her training in psychotherapy and spirituality to bring a unique style to her sessions.

Ashley recognizes the client's innate ability to heal. She does not interpret or pass judgment, but rather acts as a witness and as a guide to facilitate an individual coming home to themselves and their way of being in the world. She holds the space for healing to take place. Ashley combines her training in psychotherapy and spirituality to bring a unique style to her sessions. She has committed her life to healing, developing her spirituality, and gathering understanding and knowledge through academia and continuous training.

Ashley's philosophy is based on working with people in taking their next steps through determining what is their truth. She recognizes the importance of the connection and integration of the mind, body and spirit in increasing ones quality of life. She believes every situation and life circumstance is an opportunity for growth, expansion and new discoveries about the world and ones existence.

Clients who want to experience more self-awareness and understanding can find this through psychotherapy and intuitive sessions. Ashley can support an individual seeking to grow and live more fully, reduce stress or anxiety, manage anger and rage, and cope with major life transitions. An individual who wants to make shifts in life, explore old patterns and beliefs that no longer work, and who seek greater insight and self-awareness can find this through working with Ashley.
