I am in town part of the year. Therefore, short term and focused therapy are used. Goals and objectives are agreed upon between therapist and client. Weekly visits are important and, to facilitate achievement of goals, even twice weekly meeting are used. Therapy is positive, pleasant and warm, without any worry about judgment. You will find that I am open to questions and willing to openly discuss anything.
